Share Can we add another option to vote on for Bear Creek Ranch? The two options provided is nice, however I would like to see a basic club house for residents to use for gatherings? This will not have a stove therefore they must use their own form of keeping food hot or cold such as chaffing dishes. The club house would require a $50-$100 deposit that is refundable if the club house is cleaned after each resident concluded their event. If the club house is not left clean the deposit is used to hire someone to clean the entire venue. The clubhouse is only accessible with a door key code that is changed after each event when Goddard Management does a neighborhood walkthrough. There could be a ping pong table in the club house that could also be changed to a pool table or card game table. on Facebook Share Can we add another option to vote on for Bear Creek Ranch? Share I don’t know who or when it came down to a pickle court. This is a predominantly black neighborhood. What is the message being sent to our youth? And what would be the massage being sent every time they past a pickle court? This is wrong and many of you know it to be. Don’t insult people with a pickle court, that would not be used by basically anyone. on Facebook Share I don’t know who or when it came down to a pickle court. Deanna asked almost 3 years agoThank you for your question and feedback. A pickleball court is striped similarly to a tennis court, but is quite a bit smaller in size. Here is a link to some additional information about pickleball: https://usapickleball.org/what-is-pickleball/
