Consultation has concluded
State Senator Royce West has asked Cedar Hill and Best Southwest residents and stakeholders for feedback and concerns related to internet connectivity, broadband and wifi speeds, and related issues. The information you report in the mapping tool below will be shared with providers in an effort to improve service.
Here are some instructions:
Step 1: Connect your device to the internet via Wi-Fi or wired connection (not using a cellular data plan).
Step 2: Run a speed test at Google Speed test. Note the download speed.
Step 3: Locate where you are on the map, and drag the marker to that spot. (Tip: if you hover over the magnifying glass on the top right corner of the map, you can enter an address and the mapping program will indicate where you should place your pin. If you prefer not to enter your address, drop the pin at the intersection closest to your location.)
Step 4: Answer four quick questions.
